By publishing this "List of virtual asset trading platform applicants" (VATP applicants), the SFC does not indicate that:
- it acknowledges any VATP applicant's licence application is made in accordance with the laws; and
- any VATP applicant is in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The SFC reserves the right to, amongst others, return or refuse the licence applications of any VATP applicant.
