Before submitting your financial returns, you will first need an SFC e-Certificate, a digital certificate issued by us. Apply by completing the SFC e-Certificate Application Form.
An SFC e-Certificate will be granted only to a responsible officer or an officer approved under section 58(5)(e) of the Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) Rules of a licensed corporation.
If you want to change, re-apply or surrender your SFC e-Certificate, please also complete the same form.
