Senior Administrator / Administrator - Human Resources (Learning & Development), Corporate Affairs

As a member of the Human Resources Department of Corporate Affairs, you will provide efficient, professional, and robust administrative support to the L&D/HR team, ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to and administration systems maintained and assist in coordination and implementation of training and development events and ad hoc projects, as and when required. 

To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, majored in human resources management or a relevant discipline. You should also possess at least 3 years' of relevant experience, preferably with background and / or experience in learning & career development.  You are eager to succeed as an HR professional and be proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing regulatory environment.  A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected.  Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. A good command of written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage. 

Applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Human Resources Administrator.
