Temporary Assistant (12-Month Contract) - Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits), Corporate Affairs

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a member of the Human Resources Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team, you will support team managers in the daily operations and projects relating to the full spectrum of C&B functions, including payroll and benefits administration, HR related statistics and reports, record management, tax reporting, manpower planning and budget preparation as well as annual remuneration review.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, majored in business studies, human resources management or a relevant discipline. You should also possess relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations. Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance is essential. A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.

Fresh graduates are also considered.
