Management Associate - Enforcement (Digital Forensic - Strategy and Technology Team)

We are now seeking candidates for the Management Associate position in the Enforcement Division (Strategy and Technology Team). This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team of professionals dedicated to the SFC's Enforcement Division. As a Management Associate, you will collaborate closely with multiple operations teams to tackle challenges and produce new insights.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting forensic data extraction, data processing, and preliminary analysis of electronic seizures using various digital forensic tools.
  • Providing front-end Relativity support to investigators and legal counsel.
  • Preparing witness statements outlining the facts of digital forensic procedures in support of criminal or civil proceedings.
  • Collaborating with the internal IT department, external forensic vendors, and other law enforcement agencies/regulators to create cross-functional value-add solutions with technology, data, and analytics components.
  • Participating in various innovative technology projects.

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you should hold a university degree, preferably in STEM or a related field. You should have 1-2 years of experience providing digital forensic/electronic discovery services. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of digital forensic tools, such as EnCase, FTK, Relativity, Nuix, Oxygen and Hancom. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively and simply are essential.
