Management Associate - Enforcement (Data Analytics - Strategy and Technology Team)

We are now seeking candidates for the Management Associate position in the Enforcement Division (Strategy and Technology Team). This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team of professionals dedicated to the SFC's Enforcement Division. As a Management Associate, you will collaborate closely with multiple operations teams to tackle challenges and produce new insights.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, integrate and interpret structured and unstructured data
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to facilitate the team’s risk modelling
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to transform complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize processes and drive strategic initiatives
  • Assist the team’s effort in collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you should have a university degree, preferably in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. You are expected to have 1-2 years of solid experience in business data analytics, along with a strong proficiency in Python (or a comparable language), SQL, as well as business intelligence tools such as Power BI. You should also possess a good command of scripting languages and knowledge of web scraping techniques. Familiarity with financial fraud analysis and behavioural segmentation will be an advantage.
