Assistant - Licensing, Intermediaries

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Licensing Department of the Intermediaries Division that are responsible for licensing intermediaries, the successful candidate is expected to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, and assist in managing ad hoc tasks whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with formal secretarial training
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in financial service industry or professional firms
  • High proficiency in PC applications, including good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of website maintenance will be an advantage
  • Strong organization and coordination skills
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to take on multiple tasks and know how to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Excellent command of English, and good knowledge of Putonghua is a plus
