Manager / Assistant Manager - Complaints Team, Corporate Affairs

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Complaints Team of the Corporate Affairs Division is responsible for overseeing the administration of the SFC’s complaints handing procedures.

This position reports to a Senior Manager of Complaints Team and will be primarily responsible for handling complaints of various natures, including intermediaries’ conduct, public offerings of securities, market misconduct, listed companies misconduct or takeovers.

Requirements:

You must have a university degree and at least five years of solid experience in the financial services sector or related industries, preferably with in-depth knowledge of the operations of the securities and futures industry, or be a compliance officer with good regulatory knowledge. You must be well-organised, and have excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communications skills with a strong sense of responsibility. You need to work independently with good time management skills. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
