Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to General Manager and the team, including but not limited to handling payment, procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, and stationery supplies etc
- Verify and process expenditure claims and payments
- Oversee all expense matters within the team
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- A minimum of 2 years of administration work experience
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity
- High proficiency in PC applications, including good practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
- Experience in database management would be an advantage
