Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on local and Mainland laws and regulations with a focus on securities enforcement
- Assisting in policy projects of cross-border enforcement cooperation related with Mainland and in preparing relevant notes or documentation
- Assisting to liaise with Mainland regulators and organize cross-boundary meetings or trainings on enforcement cooperation
Requirements:
- Law degree holder; education experience in Mainland China would be a plus
- Language skills – a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua
- Preferably with working experience in local or Mainland law firms, financial institutions, or other regulatory bodies; as well as knowledge of Mainland legal and social system
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Show strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity
