Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning and research on various CSR initiatives (Green, Wellness and Volunteering) and leisure/sporting activities for the Staff Activities Club (SAC)
- Coordination and execution of the actual CSR and SAC events
- Preparation of presentations and information for committee meetings, quarterly newsletters, annual report and other ad-hoc reporting related to CSR and SAC
- Providing administrative support to the CSR and SAC Committee
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- A demonstrated interest in the social sector and CSR or study in the field of CSR or Communications
- Previous experience of event management and holding similar events is desirable
- Able to work independently with limited supervision, and in a team environment
- Strong research, organisational and administrative skills
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate events, e.g. during weekends and weekday evenings
