Duties & Responsibilities:
We are now seeking candidate for a Senior Manager position in the Enforcement Division. As a successful candidate for the role, you will lead a team of investigators partnering with professionals including accountants, lawyers and market specialists, undertaking forensic inquiries and investigations, analyzing evidence and making recommendations to senior management concerning possible breaches of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and misconduct of intermediaries.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates should possess a university degree and solid experience in law enforcement, dispute resolution, litigation or forensic accounting. You must have strong leadership and investigation skills grounded in experience and sound knowledge on the operations of the securities market, financial or investment industry. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and the ability to communicate effectively and appreciate evidence simply is essential.
