4. Share Registrars' Disciplinary Appeals Committee

Responsibility

• Hears and determines disciplinary matters relating to share registrars in the first instance

Members of the Share Registrars’ Disciplinary Appeals Committee for the hearing of each appeal case brought before it consists of members of the Share Registrars’ Disciplinary Committee who did not preside or participate in the disciplinary hearing of that case.
