4. SFC (HKEC Listing) Appeals Committee

Responsibilities

• Exercises powers and functions equivalent to those of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s (SEHK) Listing Review Committee when actual or potential conflicts of interest arise between Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and the proper performance of listing functions by SEHK. In such cases, the relevant powers and functions may be exercised by the SFC.
