Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Intermediaries Division (Licensing) that are responsible for licensing intermediaries, the successful candidate is expected to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, and assist in managing ad hoc tasks whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with formal secretarial training
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in financial service industry or professional firms
- High proficiency in PC applications, including good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge of website maintenance will be an advantage
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to take on multiple tasks and know how to prioritize and work under pressure
- Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Excellent command of English, and good knowledge of Putonghua is a plus
