The Strategy and Technology Team of the Enforcement Division is seeking a motivated and high-calibre digital forensic specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our team of professionals in the Enforcement Division of the SFC. This role will interact closely with various functional teams to address operational challenges and deliver new insight.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct forensic data extraction, data processing, and preliminary analysis of electronic seizures using various digital forensic tools.
- Provide front-end Relativity support to investigators and legal counsel.
- Prepare witness statements outlining the facts of digital forensic procedures in support of criminal or civil proceedings.
- Collaborate with the internal IT department, external forensic vendors, and other law enforcement agencies/regulators to create cross-functional solutions with technology, data, and analytics components.
- Participate in various innovative technology projects.
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you should hold a university degree, preferably in STEM or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience providing digital forensic/electronic discovery services. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of digital forensic tools, such as EnCase, FTK, Relativity, Nuix, Oxygen and Hancom. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively and simply are essential.
